Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock delays, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll notify you immediately by email if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their local authorities. Fausta Natural™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Wrong Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Fausta Natural™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
